Shipping & Delivery | Inverse Shop

You will indicate the shipping address during the ordering process. All products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer using the SEUR and DHL courier services.

If a product you have purchased is damaged or was not included in your shipment, please make a written note of this on the shipping invoice and send an email to this effect to atencionalcliente@inverseshop.com within 48 hours of the time when your product was delivered. This will allow us to get in touch with the shipping company and, in the event that the damages were caused by the company, file a claim for damages. CIRO SPORT will not be held responsible for any problems that may have occurred which are not communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping rates

The prices posted on our website do not include shipping fees. Shipping rates will vary depending on where you live and the special promotions that may be offered at a given moment. Information about shipping rates will be communicated to you via the website at the time of purchase.

Free Shipping

FREE SHIPPING to Spain (except the Canary Islands) and Portugal for over 150 €.
Free shipping to the rest of the European Union for purchases above 300 €.

Delivery

Products are delivered in between 24 and 72 hours (1 to 3 business days).
Under exceptional circumstances, delivery may take from 7 to 15 days.
