If you want to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, please send an email to this effect to email@example.com company. In your email, please include your purchase agreement reference number and the cost of the product. Attach a copy of your invoice to your email, and tell us the size of the product you purchased and the size that you would like to exchange it for. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns and exchanges for underwear and similar garments and consumable goods.
- All merchandise that you wish to exchange must be in new condition and, to the extent possible, must include all original packaging and labels. We will not accept products which have been used or original packaging material which is damaged.
- Package your merchandise in the same box or envelope in which it was shipped. If this packaging material is not available, send your product using a similar format and packaging materials which will hold up so that the product is returned in like-new condition.

- Include a copy of the return confirmation slip we will send you via email in your package.
- CIRO SPORT will notify SEUR or DHL that your package is ready to be picked up.
SEUR or DHL will pick up the item and deliver it to us at CIRO SPORT. Once we receive it, we will confirm that it is in new condition and will proceed to send you your new product. Exchange times may vary depending on where you live.
